Terms of Service

General
-It’s your responsibility to read this before commissioning
-Upon commissioning you automatically agree to these terms
-If you refuse to follow the rules you will not be able to purchase from me again
-I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason
-Do not message me with just a hello message, tell me that you are there for a commission
-Please stay professional throughout the interaction as I will be doing the same
-Turnaround is usually under a weekReposting and Usage
-You do not have permission to sell a commissioned piece, adoptable or custom for cryptocurrency/sell as an NFT
-Commissions are for your personal use ONLY unless otherwise allowed, we would have to talk first if you want to use it commercially
-DO NOT feed my art to AI for any reason
-You can repost my art with credit and as long as the piece was made for you
-Do not take credit for commissioned work
-Do not crop/edit/alter any watermark/signature
-Do not use my art/designs for anything related to hate speechPayment and Refunds
-I take money through Cashapp, PayPal and now can take VGen!
-Payment will be upfront, I will not start until payment is received
-Once I start lining the piece if you ask for a refund you will only get half back for my time and effort I already put inAdditional Fees
-Additional fees may be charged depending on complexity or changes made, additions included are:
- Mechanical/Robotic characters(anything higher complexity than a Murder Drones character)
- Intricate patterns
- Armor
-You have 6 free changes before I start charging extra, 3 at the sketch stage and 3 at lines and color. If something is off tell me ASAP, I don’t want to have to redo a bunch of work for nothing if you tell me too late. After the changes are out I’ll start charging $3 extra for each new one
-Drawing things of canon characters will add extra as well depending on character complexity
-Rush fees may be applied if there is a tight deadlineOwning My DesignsReselling/Retrading
-If the design was bought for real/digital currency you can resell it for the same amount
-If you commission, get or make a substantial amount of art the price can raise
-Designs from me are for personal use only unless we have discussed and I have given you written permissionAltering Designs
-Do not alter the design to the point it’s unrecognizable
-Do not edit my art without asking firstCustom Designs
-Customs are only done on this base unless otherwise stated
-Additional fees may be charged depending on complexity or changes made, additions included are:

-Semi suggestive art
-Fanworks(canon characters from most sources of media)
-Blood/Gore(though I’m not the greatest at it I like to try)Won’t

-Very complex clothing/accessories
